• Location Data: If enabled, Gunsens may collect location data to determine threat proximity.

1.4. Member Tier Data:

• Gunsens accounts have four member tiers: Owners, Admins, Viewers, and Kids.
• Owners and Admins manage accounts, invite members, and install Gunsens devices.
• Viewers receive alerts, view shared videos, and read/write comments.
• Kids have the same permissions as Viewers except that they can only view their own Videos and read their own Comments to prevent accidental exposure to violence.
• We store user membership tier data for security and compliance purposes.

 

2. How We Use Your Data

 

We use collected data for:

• Providing & improving Gunsens services (e.g., threat alerts, software updates).
• Security & fraud prevention (e.g., detecting unauthorized access).
• Legal compliance (e.g., responding to law enforcement requests).

• Parents can use the app to install safety features for their children, but children cannot access age-restricted content even if a parent installs a device.
• If a child is registered as a Kid-tier member, they will only be able to view their own Videos and read their own Comments to prevent accidental exposure to violent content.

 

7. International Users

 

If you access Gunsens from outside the U.S., your data may be transferred to U.S. servers. By using our services, you consent to such transfers.
