Terms of Service for GUNSENS INC

Effective Date: October 1st, 2023

1. Acceptance of Terms
   1. By purchasing the GUNSENS Sensor and/or subscribing to the GUNSENS Cloud service, you agree to the terms and conditions listed here.
2. Description of Products
   1. GUNSENS INC provides a shooting threat detector device ("GUNSENS Sensor") and a related software as a service subscription ("GUNSENS Cloud"), collectively, the "GUNSENS Product".
   2. GUNSENS also provides an "SOS Panic Button"  service. This service is available by monthly subscription.
3. Usage Limitations
   1. The GUNSENS Product is intended for lawful purposes only. Misuse may result in termination of the GUNSENS Cloud subscription and potential legal action.
4. Monitoring Subscription
   1. Monitoring Subscription requires annual payments. Failure to make timely payments will result in service suspension.
5. Warranties and Liability
   1. GUNSENS INC does not guarantee 100% accuracy in detection and cannot be held liable for any damages or injuries resulting from misinterpretations or malfunctions of the GUNSENS Product.
6. Termination
   1. GUNSENS INC reserves the right to terminate the GUNSENS Cloud subscription for any user found to be in violation of these terms.
7. Data Privacy
   1. Data collected through GUNSENS Cloud will be stored securely and will not be sold or shared with third parties without user consent, except as required by law.
8. Updates and Modifications
   1. GUNSENS INC may update the GUNSENS Sensor firmware and software. Users may be required to update their GUNSENS Sensors for continued optimal performance.
9. Indemnification
   1. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless GUNSENS INC from any claims or damages resulting from their misuse of the GUNSENS Product.
10. Governing Law
    1. These terms shall be governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
